We have been studying and practicing meditation for several decades. We have explored most of the different schools and styles and have learned a lot from trial and error. We do not pretend to know all of the answers, but we also do not believe you can find all the answers from books, or websites. To fully understand you must do the hard work of practicing these meditation techniques.
